Job Description
We are seeking organized and motivated individuals willing to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
New team members can expect to be involved in developing design and planning documents via both graphic and written media, supporting Principal/Project Managers in project tasks, and the preparation of construction documents and illustrative graphics.
Job Requirements
Position 1- Associate:
Minimum qualifications include:
- A Bachelor or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.
- Minimum three years of recent experience in using AutoCAD and Land F/X for preparation of drawings for construction documents.
- Demonstrated Proficiency in MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite is a must.
- Ability to express design concepts through hand and computer rendering and prepare basic illustrative materials including color renderings.
- Strong communication and design skills (written, verbal and graphic).
- Knowledge of sustainable design basics, plants and irrigation design.
- Ability to listen carefully, take initiative and stay organized, manage tasks and follow a rigorous protocol in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
- Experience with Construction administration is a plus.
Position 2- Entry Level
Minimum qualifications include:
- A Bachelor or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.
