For more information about the firm, the people, and projects, please see www.swiftcompany.com.Job RequirementsCandidates Must Demonstrate: Extensive experience and skill in landscape architecture / urban design including management in all phases of planning and project development, coordination of design teams, development of conceptual planning strategies, design development, development of complex construction documentation drawings and specifications, construction administration, quality control, cost estimating, and budget management. Successful interaction with multiple client and consultant groups. Strong design skills at all scales, from conceptual planning to refined detail design. Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and presentations. Strong organizational skills and management capabilities. Experience and motivation in marketing, including interview experience. Self-motivation with a strong desire for professional growth. Commitment and experience in a cooperative work environment. Work Experience: Five to ten years of experience at a Landscape Architecture firm. Technical and Educational Requirements: Strong computer proficiency, including AutoCAD, Adobe graphics programs, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project skills. Basic experience in Sketchup or other 3D digital modeling desired. Strong specification and quality control experience. Strong digital and hand graphic ability. Bachelors or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from accredited program. Registration Requirements: WA State Licensed Landscape Architect desired. LEED accreditation desired.Terms of EmploymentThis is a full-time or on-contract position contingent on experience and qualifications, beginning mid to late June 2018.
